As always.
First the power packed enthusiasm, nervous energy, excitement, idealism.
Then the real world issues, obstacles, problems, confusion, perplexities and exasperation.
Still there is something gratifying about this place called 'Teaching'.
And what one may wonder?
Occasional spark of a 'Voila' or an 'Aha', frantic call, sms or an email
to resolve a doubt or two and the In-sync busy-ness of a class at real work.
This is enough motivation for the baby steps to tread on.
A wonderful exciting rollercoaster ride.
Makes me wonder how 4 long months seem to flash past in a jiffy.
The first hurdle has been successfully overcome with caution and care
like a child that learns to walk.
The unknown dark river of 'Teaching' has been crossed and conquered.
Now its on to the next river called 'Improving Teaching'
that will be a long continuous road.
The following posts will be my reflections on what made me learn
and grow as I help my students learn and grow.
